I can tell what vaga has that stabber doesnt.First, it has falloff bonus, when u re flying nano ship, u need to be far away from webs, for stabber u need to put ambit rigs. Also, vaga has better dmg(its dmg is not so great compared to other hacs, ...

Some amarr ship maybe.Abaddon is very nice.Or some gallente, like domi, or megathron.If u want minmatar one, u can pick phoon its very good, but require drone, missile and gun skills.

Similar fit to mine, but i use 3 gyros. Mael dps with arty is meh, so 3 gyro helps a lot.Also i use cap booster instead of recharger, althogh i cant remember last time i used it, so ab is maybe better idea, if it can fit.

Amarr navys have more dps untill u raise ur beam laser specialization skill,but are lot more expensive, and can make u possible target for suicide gank. Other benefit of t2 is that u will be able to use t2 ammo, its good to have if u re gonna use ...

Laser ships should be used against em weak opponents, like Sansha and Blood Raiders, cause lasers do em/thermal.Against Serpentis, it is not so good.U re better off with some other ship(some that can chose dmg type or is using kin/thermal(gallente...

As someone stated, use Mael, especially with shield tank.Also i like to use XL booster on missions.I use DG XL,2hardeners+inv, shield boost amp. Setup u posted seems to have weak tank, only large booster+2 hardeners.

I think that tracking enhancers stack with tracking computers, so i would go for 2gyros.I have more spare lows on Mael,so i use 3 gyro+tracking enc. But i guess u re using Pest.
